Application

1.The principle of on-line densimeter is a kind of differential pressure method based on the double probe that can be measured accurately. So just make sure the double probe is fully immersed, then the static pressure is stable, even if it is stired constantly. It is suitable for equipment of testing density. If there are some bubbles that can influence the density, should be added some testing pots on the unsuitable for direct measurement.
2.The installation drawing will be decided by the technicians in work site according to the equipments sizes.
3.It should be added some testing pots when the flowing liquids or larger vibration liquids were tested, in order to reduce bubbles that can make the reading stability. The field operator adjust the flow of liquid in the testing pot that should be refered the two readings of dynamic and stability.
4.When install the density meters on site that must be make sure the two probes are vertical the ground, then can make measurement errors.
The density meters can be tested the concentration according to different mediums academically, please according to the site conditions to get the concentration results on its own.
